Probably something about the web browser you are using made momondo think you are a bot. They tend to try to cram large suitcases in the overhead bin, and they prattle on about celebrities they know while you are trying to watch the movie. For example, we don't want bots running about trying to book airline tickets. If you would take your hotel policy (see picture) seriously, there would be a full refund of my booking! Instead you are even not willing to refund the overpaid money - shame on you! I´m still willing to solve that issue, but you will have to contact me.If you are seeing this page, it means that momondo thinks you are a "bot," and the page you were trying to get to is only useful for humans. ![]() The hotel was full with soccer kids and at Sunday morning the breakfast area wasn´t cleaned up for more than one hour! The items were empty, the tables were dirty but the front desk lady sat there bored, surfing in the internet and no other service personnel was in sight. We run a travel agency for US travelling in Germany but I promise we won´t send any customers anymore in the future to your hotel chain! We travel frequently to the US ourselves but something like this happens almost nowhere. They wrote several mails to the hotel but nothing happened! So until today I didn´t receive any money back and this is a rip off! Normally I should give this to a lawyer. So I had to run after my money, even if this problem was caused by the hotel! I tried several times to get the manager to the phone in the following days but after some tries I gave up and tried it via where I had booked. I was told it´s Sunday, the manager isn´t there and I should call the following days. The next morning I asked if I could get back the difference between the room I paid for and the room they gave me (about $30). Okay, so the kids had to sleep on the sofa sleeper, that´s okay for one night, but this shouldn´t happen. When we arrived the hotel was fully booked and our prepaid (!) room wasn´t available! The front desk lady wasn´t really sorry about that, she gave us a one king room and left us alone. We stayed in Port Arthur at August 27th (sorry for the late review) with our 2 kids and had reserved a room for four with two queen beds.
